Eating It Up in Eden: The Oregon Century Farm & Ranch Cookbook,
by Richard H. Engeman.

-- Out of Print--
Limited copies may be available...

Nearly a hundred "family favorite" recipes were contributed by members of Oregon families who have farmed or ranched on the same lands for a century or more. Illustrated with historic photographs and illustrations, the book marks the 50th anniversary of the Century Farm & Ranch Program, founded in 1958.
"Eating It Up In Eden" also includes a roster of the more than a thousand designated farms and ranches, along with a history of the program and a short history of Oregon agriculture.

(124 pages; index; paperback.)
